Yoga is my meditation, and I truly believe it is life changing. I am a bay area native and I've been practicing yoga for 5 years! I started while I was living in San Diego, and I quickly realized the many benefits of yoga, which influenced me to live a more positive and healthy lifestyle. I received my 200 hour teacher training from Dana Damara at the Pad Studios in San Francisco.
You can expect my classes to be fun, challenging and grounding. I usually teach power vinyasa classes, but also enjoy slowing things down once in a while for a yin restorative flow.
When I'm not on the mat or teaching yoga, you can find me traveling to new places, adventuring around the Bay area, taking a sweaty workout class in the city or spending time finding great food - in my kitchen or checking out a new restaurant.
As a yogi, runner, sailor, snowboarder, kiteboarder, and overall lover of sweat, the easiest way for me to uncover small doses of daily happiness is through breath, movement, and connection. My goal is to share that with others.
I offer a strong, soulful, and balanced vinyasa flow, encouraging my students to explore the joy that lives at the midpoint between ease and effort. I completed my 200hr teacher training in 2015 at the Pad Studios and continue to find light and inspiration from my teachers Dana Damara, Becca Schneider and Leila Burrows.

I discovered yoga over 10 years ago while living in Charlotte, North Carolina. At that point I was an avid cyclist, runner and lover of all things fitness but was looking for something a little more strengthening and relaxing.
In 2005 I move to San Francisco, continuing to practice, but it was when I became pregnant with my first child in 2009 that my practice really took off. I loved the way yoga felt on my changing body and I couldn’t wait to get into the studio for each class. I now have two beautiful children and a growing practice I am honored to share.
I received my RYT 200 with Dana Damara, and I have also studied under Michelle Wing with It’s Yoga Kids and with Erin Lila Wilson with RISE Yoga for Youth. I am certified to teach yoga to ages 0 – 200 and l love teaching students of all ages.
I believe that yoga is one of the most beautiful ways to open up, let go and release the inner you. In my classes I teach students to link breath and movement. I connect with students on a deeper level by helping them get out of their minds and into their bodies while not taking myself too seriously.
Classes are set to an upbeat and fun playlist, and are both challenging and invigorating. I look forward to having you in class soon!
